Dr Kansaraa holds a PhD in Environmental Science and a Gold Medal in MSc Environmental Science, with expertise in remote sensing, GIS applications, and climate change mitigation. Her research focuses on forest resource monitoring, ecological field studies, and land-use change analysis, with several publications in reputed journals. She is currently working on a national-level project, including a Government of India–funded study on drinking water challenges under the National Human Rights Commission. Government of India.
Alongside her research, Dr Kansaraa is skilled in data analysis, project management, and environmental impact assessment, with technical proficiency in QGIS, ArcGIS, Maxent, and field-based ecological techniques. She is also a patent holder for a soil testing device and has been recognized with multiple awards for her research contributions and presentations. With strong teaching experience and communication skills, she continues to integrate academic knowledge with practical applications for sustainable development.
